Can't login (user ID or password not recognized)

Cannot login to my account. Get error that User ID or Password is Not Recognized...have been logging in without issues for last few months. Called and went through all the prompts only to get a message they are closed and to call back M-Sat. Would think there would be someone available during entire weekend for login issues like this. So, can't pay my loan today...
