Trying to log into Truist (or Suntrust) and I get a notice saying it doen't recognize my ID, etc. What's up with that?

Same problem here for Truist (or BB&T) from PC. Does not recognize ID or password on computer. However, I was able to log on using my iPhone 13 app for Truist.

Login from PC now is working okay.
