I have called a dozen times in the past 4 days after I opened an account with Truist. I can't use zelle, can't use bill pay from my truist app. Each time i call customer service, i get routed to a different department, end result 0. I called 3 time stoday, each time i had to wait 30-45 mins, customer service staff is friendly, although my problem has not been solved yet. I still can't use zelle or bill pay. I have been using PNC Bank, wells Fargo for over 12 years or so, don't remember if i had any issues like that.
