getting "access denied", and redirected to statefarm.com.
called 877-734-2265 hard-to-underdstand person said my computer/browser is at fault.
asked me security questions that i never had to answer before that i couldn't answer right then and was denied to know account balance.
she said nothing wrong with sfb site and that i didnt know how to use computer.

same situation, except the rude SF person said they couldn't help me because they were unable to verify my identity in past and that i had to verify it in-person at a local agent.
i have never been not verified over the phone, this is first i have been denied access to banking info over phone.
the site is down again and SF again denies there is a problem with site.
now SF won't let me into checking account online or phone.
