No Access - 502/504 Errors

Roboform Online/Everywhere is part of the backend of Roboform, a password saving tool on the cloud. The site is displaying 502 & 504 errors, however ping and traceroute results indicate the site is up, as does Downforeveryone http://www.isup.me/online.roboform.com (However, this is connecting to the regular HTTP connection on port 80 and not HTTPS/SSL on port 443). Without access to this site, users cannot access their account information to retrieve logins and passwords.
