Unable to log in into app and online banking

I've called customer service and they're reset my banking account. I am still unable to log into banking app and online because it's unavailable.

I've not been able to use the website site since Sat. 10/1 and today is the 5th.  I don't like the app as it does not have all the features of the website (and also easier to follow). I wish Regions would email or something to let us know what has happened, when do they anticipate to be back up,etc.
