Mobile Deposits not working for hours

Regions really needs to decide if they want to be a bank or not. I have just as many problems with their physical branch as I do online. It's such a pain to have to switch banks because of automated payments and everything one does online these days, but dang, figure it out or quit pretending to be a business so we can all just move on.
