I can't get on app or login to website

Today is Frday, October 5, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. I cannot login to Regions Online Banking account website. I keep getting the message that my login ID or password does not match. I cannot reach their customer service because their response time is extremely slow. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens.
