Was this ever resolved? I am having the same problem and Regions says it must be on my end. They say they are not having any issues.

I am getting error code T102 when trying to pull up on line banking

I am unable to get into my online banking. I get error code t102. I have put in the new regions app from the App Store.

I cannot get into my mobile app and still shows this error with me I had four different one of your people on the phone with me trying to help me out whether they couldn't
