Debit card disappeared of bank system

Unable to use my ATM Debit Card . Doesn't  work on anywhere.  Went online banking and found a message saying "No card can be found ,if you wishbto obtain a debit card visit a local branch,i call customer svs and system say they having difficulties try again later.what is going on? I hope we dont end up like BOA Customer
