Since 9/17/2021, Regions mobile app and website has been down when trying to login via my phone with AT&T cell service

Cannot sign in when using my cellular data. It only works when connected to wifi. Doesn't make sense because my service is good enough to stream a bunch of stuff off my data so why it isn't good enough to login to the bank is retardedÂ
