Cannot Log In - Time Out

This has been hit or miss the last few days on whether or not you can get logged in.  On my iPhone it seems to let me in, but on my Desktop it either displays a time-out message or it will tell me my sign-in creditials are incorrect.  Sometimes I can enter the exact same login info and it will connect.  Regions obviously has some real issues right now.
