Would not accept dvd returrn at 3 different locations in paris tn

2 rentals were due back toady and the box in 3 locations would not accept the return - case could not be inserted into the machine.  2 movies wefre rented and they came in 1 box.  None of the machines would accept the box even if only 1 movie was in it nor would it take a dvd not in a case.
