I had gone through entering in my access code from the TExES book I had just purchased, I had no issues with pulling up the practice and test material initially.
I went through the diagnostics test for the English portion, completed all the questions, once I went to submit to have it scored, I received an error message (error 500). It would not allow me to click to Cancel or End Test.
I then went ahead, cleared my browsing history and closed my browser (using Safari version 12.0.1 and Google Chrome version 75.0). I logged back into the website and now none of my course information is loading. I have included a screenshot displaying the screen.
