I got an email from Amazon saying they were having problems processing a payment. It very well could be that I don't have enough funds in that account so I went to log in to transfer funds and the web page is not available. I then tried the same page by using my phone instead of my laptop and got the same result.
This problem started 1/21/16 at 10PM and it is now 3:30AM the next morning and still it is not available.
