I received a message that "something something computer something taking longer than normal" this morning. Here it is 3:30 pm and nothing. No notice. No emails. Nothing. I'm switching banks.

I think everyone should they have no excuses have told me that it would be resolved by 2pm and here it is almost 4 and nothing still. Not that I didn't need to pay my rent or anything. Their errors caused me to get a 10% late fee which for my rent is $135 they going to reimbursed us for our late fees?
