Can't Login to App

Enter User ID and Password and I get, "Notice. An error has occurred. Please try again or call 800-531-1401 for assistance."
Have uninstalled and reinstalled app.  Have selected text me and call me for secondary login confirmations but they both give me the same error.  This has been an ongoing issue.
