After entering credentials, browser hangs for a while, then shows "site unreachable"

Several months ago it stopped working with Chrome, and I was using Edge just for Prosperity Bank. Today Edge stopped working also. After reporting, I installed Firefox - which opens my account without problems, and then tried Edge on different computer, which also works fine. There are no extensions on both Edge browsers. Both computers have Windows with latest updates. Maybe you can suggest something to try to fix it up on my primary computer? Thanks
