Site is still down, and they say to try again next Tues - I don't believe them

I have been trying to log in since May with no luck. Also, they sent me a shipment finally a few days ago with THE WRONG ITEMS. I believe there may have been a breach and they are not honest in telling us why our information was lost in the first place.

I have not been able to log on to my account or reach a representative on the phone for two months. Meanwhile, Proactiv continues to ship me product I don't need and charge me for it.
