It takes me to a blank page when entering URL

I was able to get to this web site first thing in the morning, then I was showing this web site to my brother in U.K. via shared screen on Skype, where we accessed the U.K. web site through available drop down menu to select the country. That took us to a U.K. version of proactive web site. Then I wanted to go to my U.S. website, and was not able to. It either was giving me a google search engine on which links who knows what they are, they make be fake, and I don't trust them. I was not able to access this web site through regular URL, the result was a blank page. I was able to access Proactive Solutions, Rodan & Fields but never regular proactive web site. It is disappointing because I am not able to log into my account as if I were rejected to access this web site. Anybody else experiencing these problems, today, Saturday March the 16th, 2013? I have to also mention that I cleared cookies and chache but that still did not allow me to access regualr proactiv.com. This scanario only happened since accessing another web site for proactive and as I mentioned that was proactivecatalog.com. I called the proactive customer service and I was told they are not having any problems themselves but they had customers calling in regards to the same issue, unable to access regualr proactiv.com web site. It was giving once invalid certificate prompt because it was taking me to an ".au" domain for Australia. Customer representative told me that the technical staff is working on it. I will see. At the moment I felt I was singled out. There is no screen shot to make because it is either giving me that blank page or the familiar result the web page does not exist.
