Account site down and no agents

The proactive site has not been working correctly for over a month. You can see the regular pages, but once you try to log in to your account comment it shows that it is down. I have talked to an agent twice in the last few months, but I've not gotten any product. Today one random product came that I did not even order. I'm very upset and I cannot get hold of anybody on the phone.
