displays 404 Error when I plug in my area

I haven't been able to get the pollen levels/counts on Pollen.com for days now.  Pollen is off the charts in Santa Fe, NM (87505), and I have no idea how to judge if it's safe to go outside or do I chance it and have a major asthma attack?  Geez! Why is it down if the middle of high pollen counts?!!!
