Website is STILL down...pathetic.

No login has been possible now since at least yesterday morning.  It's ridiculous that a company who is supposed to be managing our money and providing online support can't even keep their website going!  There were problems in December 2012 as well...I had at least 3 or 4 instances where I tried to log on and received error messages or the page load would time out.  They need a new IT dept. asap!
