UserID and PW that has worked for a long time to check on/pay for auto loan no longer works.  Seems to be a pervasive issue and there is no mention of support for this anywhere on PNC's site.  IT Dept needs some serious assistance itself if it's actions are preventing PNC from collecting loan payments.
