Just got off the phone with customer service rep, and the issue seems to be the browser. Try using any browser other than Google Chrome, and you should be able to log in. I just did with Windows Edge browser.
When I logged in my account, I get " RETURN CODE: P99990102", I do have an account in PNC. What can I do next?
Try using a different browser. The issue is with Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge browser works. When I called, he suggested Firefox, so I assume that one works as well. Security issues was the reason I was given that Google Chrome no longer works.
