Must sign into Playstation network but I already am.

I keep getting a message that I need to sign into the Play station network (PSN) but I already am. I have reset my modem and router multiple times, verified my network connection, checked for system updates. Deleted and reinstalled netflix and held select durring start up to sign in and have gotten no results. My netflix screen just tells me to quit the application and sign into my PSN account.

My Playstation is the main reason I even have a netflix account.... PLEASE FIX!!!
