won't load new posts, won't search, can't se my boards

i had to delete pintersest off my iphone. i could not login or out to me to a page that wanted my gender  place  then pressed next too me to welcome  and pick 5 boards then press next wont do anything just stays on that page i need your help to get it back on my phone. i can get it on my pc no problem
