Was suspended for asking a question why two boards disappeared

Two of my boards disappeared on Monday while I was pinning to another board. I contacted support. Wedesday I get a form letter telling me this to this and that, totally unrelasted to my problem.  I send another email saying there form letter had nothing to do with my problem. So today(Friday) I got this email from them saying I am suppended (Your account has been permanently suspended for violating our Community Guidelines. For more information, please review that policy.).  In the mean time I tried loging out and back in, It said my email address was already taken.
