Cannot pin onto my boards!

I can't pin onto my boards! A message comes up saying that I am at my pin limit and I am NOT. I am far from the limit allowed. A minute ago I tried to pin onto my boards. I was able to pin ONE pin. Then the messages said I am at my limit. Again, I am Not at my limit and I cannot pin onto my boards
