Login problem

After inputtting password and hitting enter I receive an error "500 - Internal server error." ./"There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.  "

This has been happening for several days.  Called HELP desk. They took all information and were quite supportative.

This happens on my WINDOWS 10 machine and LINUX laptop (Ubuntu 20.04.3)

This happens with Chrome/Firefox and whatever the new MS web browser's name is
