Deposit missing

I made a deposit on 4/4/2022. It showed up during the day and disappeared that evening. Yesterday (4/5/2022) they said their system went down and they had no eta on when it would be back up. Today (4/6/2022) they said the system is back up, but my deposit is still missing from my account.
