This is twice this week that entries were not saved. it showed a green check mark over the disk save symbol but did not save. I will have to find another online journal as this is a frustrating issue that even Google docs would not miss.

I have literrally retyped my entry 3 times now and saved it several times. It is not saving it. I am so frustrated with this app. I was really loving it at the beginning which I started using it in Aug. Now it is not working and I am frustrated!!!!!
I am going to print off everything I have put in it and hopefully find another app that works the way it is supposed to.
DO NOT USE THIS APP, IT IS A PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!
Ok, I was able to find the different versions....why not just have those in the saved area....you made me think that all was lost! Thankfully I was able to restore the version I needed.
So I will continue using this app for now and see what happens, however I'm thinking I will be saving everything to a pdf file just in case.

Where did you find this? All I see it this version or the option to upgrade to paid. I found the symbol that says "entry versions" when you hover over it but when I click on it it says there are no versions. I spent and HOUR on that particular entry.
So how did you find different versions. This so off, never had this problem 10 years ago, last time I used the app.
I am so sad. I have been using this program for years. The last few times I wrote in it my postings have been lost except for a few lines I started with. hours of work lost. I will need to find a new program.
Me too. And now I can't remember all that I wrote (that's why you write it down right?). Are they sabotaging free Penzu?
I'm having the same problem. It began on Monday and I entered another posting today. It didn't save! I've never had problems like this with Penzu before, either. I'd hate to have to find another online journal because I like this one. Who do you complain to about this issue??
I walked away from the computer and came back and the last two changes to a journal entry were gone. I didn't accidentally trash it. I just walked away for an hour or so. I use the journal to document issues at work. I need what was lost restored. Any ideas?

Penzu saved my first entry but every time I add to it and yes, see the green arrow showing it is saved, when I log back in later it is NOT saved. What the hell is going on?
