It is showing me a spinning disc on the siteand it has been showing me that forever. Helllllpppp!

Same problem. Checked to see if my audio was disabled or something, but it works in other apps just fine. The system I am having trouble with is desktop HP computer running windows 10. Nothing fancy about the computer. The app works fine on the same account on both my Android phone and my Roku 2. Any help would be appreciated.
