the people that send me messages all of them I've tried this on, are not getting my messages it's fustrating

I have been a OKC member for 4 days now and I have noticed that every time I send a message, the message is not recieved by the reciever. This has been happening to me since the first day I got on the site and I need some help. Thanks in advance.
