Multiple Problems with Ordering and Account Settings

It is afternoon, Saturday Jan 21 2012. I have had various problems since 1am. Shopping is working fine, but not checkout. After a minute or so of submitting an order, I get this message: ". . .We are truly sorry for any inconvenience but we are currently experiencing problems on our server. Please try again at a later time. . ." Newegg is closed on weekends so the first opportunity to contact them will be in 48 hours. I expect that everyone who has run into this problem will be calling them Monday morning.

Another problem: I updated my profile (password, payment method), and received e-mail confirmation, but on returning to the site this information had been lost and the password had reverted to an earlier one. This tells me someone was trying to restore their system.
