Extremely slow

This is not the first time this has happend. I ordered a game on December 11th and I had to shutdown my browser mutiple times just to complete the purchase. I even tried two different internet browsers to see if it was a compatability issue. Today I'm trying to check the status of the order, and I can't even get the website to fully load.
