I can't access my DNS. I can access the site just fine by the IP address, but not by DNS.

Yeah, all network solutions services seem to be down at the moment. All sites dependent on them seem to be down too.
Is there any information coming out of Network Solutions?
I have the same issue, they can't even be reached by phone... Sometimes I wonder why I pay my domains 5 times more than with other registrars.
They are not allowed to me down at this price. Network Solutions sucks.

I just got off the phone with their support. All of our sites are back up, but the company line is "engineers are still working on the issue and hope to have it resolved in the next couple hours. We haven't been told anything regarding the exact nature of the outtage"
