unable to login to webmail!!

My entire office has been unable to login to our webmail account for over an hour. N.S. customer service (after waiting on hold for over half an hour) simply says they are having an issue but can not give any estimate on when it will be working again. What makes this worse is that this is a frequent occurance!! Shame on Network Solutions. Wish I had never switched to these morons.
