Webmail claims usermane or password error. IMAP says Domain not responding.

We have an e-mail accouunt that would like to use on out outlook 2010 (IMAP), but when I confiure that, stop the program and don´t running. How can I use mi e-mail like IMAP account with outlook 2010?
