Emails stalling asking for password, and not getting emails. People sending are getting bounce backs.

Does not recognize email address & password.
Been getting bounce backs since July, after they update their servers. Several tickets opened with support which they close w/o verifaction. Have made several changes per Support.. Have had 4 supervisors to state they will call and still no response from them.
