Does not recognize password

After numerous attempts to enter password, it kept telling me it was incorrect. I went into my Network Solutions account and changed the password and still had the same message "the password is incorrect". "Chatted" with support and they said they are having technical issues and it should be fixed shortly. Waited 5 hours and it is still not fixed.
