it happened yesterday evening, all my devices, my ipad, my galaxy s2 phone and even my computer won't connect. got this error

I'm getting the same message on my Android, it started 2 days ago. I don't get the message on my computer though. All the info I have found online seems to be useless, as none of the suggestions have worked for me. Based on other forums it's an issue Netflix will fix eventually.

So here is a twist, i can get Netflix service at work on my phone but still not at home. What kind of wireless router is every one using? Could that be the problem? I have a Dlink dir815 at home

Ok, i unplugged everything and shut down my ipad. I then reconnected the modem first,wait until all the lights are on with full connectivity then the router, again wait for the lights, then turn on the ipad. Everything is fine again on both the phone and ipad. Cheers!

I have been receiving this message for three months now. I have contacted Netflix and they have no idea what error message 13001 is or how to fix it. Good luck with your devices I was a subscriber for 4 years after all my devices went down with error 13001 I unsubscribed

You get this error because the date or time on your device is not correct. Netflix worked for me like a charm as soon as I corrected the hour (my tablet was 1/2 hour behind).

I got the same error message and fixed it on my Android tablet. First, fix the date in time in settings (my tablet said it was the year 2000 for some reason). Then, go into your Netflix app settings and erase all data. Then re-open the Netflix app and sign in again. This worked for me. I hope this helps!
