Netflix stuck on "retrieving"

For the last few days my roku device has been stuck in the "retrieving" page when opening up netflix. I've tried to sign out and back in, unplug then replug, even factory reset the f!*#er. Nothing hels and it's getting really annoying. 


Yes for the last few weeks Netflix has been getting slower, slower and stopping. Now it won't play TV shows at unless it's allowed to buffer for at least 10 minutes, then halfway through a show you have to stop the movie and rebuffer!

This is a problem - can't use it. If it's my machine... fine... but why is EVERYONE having issues? Netflix needs to upgrade it's servers or limit memberships. ha! that will not go over well.
