When I try to turn on Netflix on my Phillips TV it just shows the Netflix home page and the it goes back to the home page app. YouTube and some others apps are working perfectly. It's just Netflix. Please help

My Netflix stopped on Sunday nov 6 2016, tells me in not connected to internet, tried testing and it failed, called Netflix and they said i need to call Philips, since that is the kind of TV I have. And they will help reconnect to internet.
