movie will play on aperriwinkle screen with the words content un available

when I try to play a movie or go tio cbs all acess my show comes up or my movie come up and tells me contentt unavilable.  now it is telling me your device may not be connected to the internet.  Please make sure your connection is working and try again Code:nw-2-5
