Won't recognize user id or password

i can't log into my national grid account. It says my user id and or passeword are wrong. When I try to reset and get my username it says the email address entered for notification is not on their records (despite copying it right from their email they sent me where it says what my contact email is)

TOTAL and absolute frustration!! Spent hours trying to negotiate their web-site. The IT group or organization did a horible job putting that site together. I understand the need for security; we all deal with the need for it every day.The site jumps around as your trying to input information. They refuse to accept my E-mail address which is linked to a G-mail address; However, they chose to use my prime E-mail address WHEN THEY SEND E-MAIL TO ME!!! Someone anyone please look into this travesty by organisations which are supposed to serve the public
