Site and login page won't load

Keeps saying no connection.  Says no such email in system when I try to get help.  Also received, and heard of several others receiving, telephone calls about overdue payments and "press 9 to make payment".  Payment not overdue, and if it was, payment would probably end up in Nigera or somewhere.
