Unable to Login

Despite attempts to reset and unlock the website doesnt allow usual login credentials to work.it used to be your account # then it changed to your email and then to a "username".

The username (not email or account#) finally allowed SMS/Email password resets however it then dumps to a secondary page that just sits in a loop and doesnt change no matter if you click the login or not.

On top of that, when you can login, the online payments havent worked for a year on chrome or Explorer(Edge or whatever they call it now). I have been having to call in my payments ever since.

Dont think for a minute they plan on fixing any of these issues until a BBB issue gets raised about it.
