Login Page for App

When I enter in Username and Password and hit sign in, I get a message that reads: Problem occurred. Please contact customer care. Error transaction ID: (with numbers and letters here). This has been like this for quite a while with the app. The last time I spoke to Customer Care they said they are working on it.
