Can't Log In, Reset Password, Unlock

It says password and ID doesn't match when I know it is right.  Reset password, doesn't take new password.  Reset multiple times, doesn't work.  Authenticate, reset, prompts relog, doesn't take password. Horrible site, been having intermittent problems since sms authentication turned on.
